Rob built Supren Advisors on a simple premise: that the most effective professionals aren't those who leave themselves at the door—they're the ones who've learned to bring their full character to their work, deliberately and courageously.

He has spent more than 30 years advising insurance and technology companies on strategy, operations, and organizational effectiveness—and for much of that time at the intersection of technology and human complexity, where new tools meet old questions about how we work and what makes it worthwhile. That intersection is where Supren operates.

He holds multiple degrees and professional credentials and is the author of two books: The Courageous Consultant and The Consultant's AI Companion, both available on this site and through major online retailers.
